You Don't Need a Coach—You Need a Practice
You don’t need a coach; you need a practice. An odd statement for a coach to make, right? But actually, I really believe that a daily practice—a practice thoughtfully constructed to bring you benefit —is the first and maybe only step we need to start ramping up life.
To test this theory, I invite you to join me on Saturday, October 13, 1:00-4:30 p.m., when I will be offering a workshop on just how important core foundational practices are, and how they become the basis for large transformations in almost every area of your life. Here’s the scoop:
Foundational Practices Workshop
Step 1 of the LifeArt Protocol (Creating Physical and Mental Support Systems)
This workshop is “the foundation” of the LifeArt curriculum for living creatively, for creating a life of benefit, and for finding joy and equanimity in this “one wild and precious life” we have been given.
Foundational practices: actions taken every day that result in strength, focus, energy, creativity, and productivity. These practices, done with ridiculous consistency, accrue over time into deeply satisfying transformations.
The Foundational Practices Workshop will show you how research around the practices of high performers can be translated into your life and give you positive results in the arenas you value most.
Here’s what you will learn:
the unique practices that allow you to offer your very best self to your friends, family, co-workers, and community.
why attaching your practices to your higher mission gets best results.
how to stay motivated to live your life full-out, with joy, purpose, and benefit to yourself and others.
Below are the details. I would love to have you join us.
