Need a Jump Start for Your Foundational Practices?

LezlieYoga_41In the last three years, I've given six free workshops on the Foundational Practices that support high performance — in life, love, and creativity. I think Foundational Practices are so important that the first step in the LifeArt Protocol asks the client to establish a unique set of practices, monitor them, tweak them, and permanently install them into her lifestyle. Easier said than done, right? So many of us have difficulties first of all identifying the best practices to suit our lives, and then making those practices stick. It's just not easy. So what's interfering with your practices?

If you think you're not doing so well because you're not disciplined, you might be wrong. If you think you not doing so well because you don't have time, you might be wrong. If you think you're not doing so well because you have too much to do, you might be wrong. If you think you're not doing so well because your life is too complicated, you might be wrong. If you think you're not doing so well because you're weak, you might be wrong. If you think you're not doing so well because friends don't encourage you, you might be wrong. If you think you're not doing so well because you have a character flaw, you might be wrong. If you think you're not doing so well because because foundational practices really don't make a difference anyway, you are absolutely wrong.

So what's going on? What is the obstacle? How can we re-frame this obstacle into a opportunity for growth? What would it take for you to see these habits as a way to leverage problems into possibilities in your life?

These are some of the questions I would love to explore with you if you're needing a bit of a jump start with your practices. Join me for a free Creative Momentum Gathering here at LifeArt Studio. This CMG will be a Q&A session for anyone interested in gaining clarity, focus, and commitment to daily foundational practices that contribute to living life more creatively, productively, and happily.

We're running two sessions to accommodate as many people as possible.  And while there is no charge to attend, seating is limited.  Please contact me at info@lezlielaws.com to reserve your space at one of the times listed below.   Come with questions, complaints, successes, or suggestions.  Let's support each other in our desire to flourish!
